DharmaCrafts is an e-commerce and catalog company that specializes in handcrafted meditation cushions, meditation supplies, and inspirational jewelry. I was responsible for all facets of email marketing:
Photoshop, Illustator, MS Word, Google Calendar and Drive, Klaviyo

After analyzing our conversion results for our three different types of email blasts (Weekly Sale, General Product, Teachings) it became apparent that emails sent with teaching and learning content received the highest open and conversion rates. I created a new format that added more product and sales content as well as even more teaching content to our teaching messages.

Coming up with new ways to present holiday gifts and Cyber sales each year for fifteen years isn't easy. I found inspiration in colors of our products as well as other retail email blasts over the years. I oftened saved favorite emails from companies that had a similar aesthetic to DharmaCrafts to a mood board that I could look to for inspiration. These emails showcase my love of color and typography culminating in what I think is a clean and inviting email campaign.

The problem: we needed to boost our new Instagram community. I worked with our Social Manager to come up with a contest to boost our numbers and our engagement. We combined Buddhist teaching content on the Four Immeasurables by prominent Buddhist teachers with lighthearted illustrations I created in Illustrator and sent as a series over the course of five weeks. Not only was the campaign successful but it also provided content in the lull after Valentine's Day before meditation garden promotions began.
